Since moving out of London four years ago to Stony Stratford I have been succesfully running a Cognitive Hypnotherapy business from local premises.

 

It's great to see clients achieving positive results in just a few sessions,  watching someone begin to make the changes that they have been waiting for is continually inspiring.  With an increasing body of  research  enforcing the importance of our thoughts on our bodies it's a really exciting time for Cognitive Hypnotherapy.

 

Our training with Quest enables our approach to be flexible and unique for each client. As well as practicing Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP, I specialise in working with Mothers and partners who are preparing for birth and parenthood.

 

In additions, we are also embarking on a new slimming programme, this is available for groups or as individual sessions. Please call me for more details.
